Who we are

What we collect

• Account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. That includes your email and a session so you stay signed in.
• Your table. Games you save are stored against your account so they show up on the website and in the app.
• Coach chat. If you use Referee, Strategist, or Scorceror, the questions you send go to our servers so those coaches can answer. Replies are generated by third-party AI providers we call for those features.
• Voice. If you use the microphone, that clip is sent so it can be turned into text (ElevenLabs) and so the coach can speak a reply.
• Table photos. If you use Scorceror with the camera or your photo library, the photos you choose are sent so the table can be scored. The product does not keep a photo album of your table.
• Payments. Coach subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Website only. The site loads Clerk and a Rewardful affiliate script. The iOS app does not load Rewardful.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use a separate first-party analytics product (no Google Analytics or similar in the app).

Who else sees data

Services we use to run Cardboard Coach: Clerk (accounts), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice in and out), OpenRouter (coach answers), Vercel (website), and our database for saved games and the catalogue. Game box art and hero clips live on cloud storage; that is our media, not your photos. Anyone we send data to for those features must protect it at least as strongly as this notice.

Keeping and deleting

Saved games stay until you remove them or ask us to delete your account. Coach questions, voice clips, and table photos are used to answer that request — we do not keep a photo album or voice mailbox of your table. Stripe keeps payment records as required for billing. Clerk holds your sign-in until the account is deleted. Mic, camera, and photos are optional: you can refuse those system prompts and still use the rest of the app. Email support@cardboardcoach.com to ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete your account.
